Ensuring Embedded Images Display in Outlook: Adjusting Trust Center Settings
Embedded images not showing up in your Outlook desktop app can be frustrating, but there’s a simple fix that often resolves this issue. Adjusting your Trust Center settings to allow automatic image downloads can make all the difference.
To get started, open Outlook and navigate to File > Options. From here, select Trust Center and click on Trust Center Settings. In the new window that appears, choose Automatic Download. Make sure the option Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items is unchecked. This small change can ensure that images are displayed properly in your emails.
